These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on this website, which is operated by Rapid Sport CC, 5A Howe Street, Observatory, Cape Town, South Africa ("Rapid Sport", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
Orders
An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or product description is listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout.
Products
We make every effort to show colours and details accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure of your size.
Custom and team kit
Custom cycling clothing for clubs, corporate teams and events is quoted and produced separately. Production starts once you have approved the final design and paid any deposit stated on your quote. Custom kit is made to your specification and cannot be returned unless it is defective.
